The Society of Scholars was created in 2012. It is the “Hall of Fame” of HLAC consisting of Latino educators and community leaders who have paved the way for Latinos to succeed in academia and the professional sector. Each year the HLAC Board of Directors selects one or two Latino leaders for induction into this society. They serve as advisors to the organization’s leadership and are valued for their expertise and support in the implementation of the HLAC Mission. Following are the members of the Society of Scholars:
